SHRI MADHWANATHA SHRIPADARA ARADHANA

Shri Madhwanatha Shripadara Brindavana, Srirangam , TN.
The Aradhana Mahotsava is conducted in a grand manner by the Tamraparni family. They get together at Srirangam for 3-5 days at the house where the Brindavana is located , on the banks of river Cauvery on Amma Mantapam road , walking distance from Shri Ranganatha temple. The Aradhana starts early morning with Shri Hari Vayu stuti and Shri Sumadhwa vijaya parayana. On all the 3 days the entire grantha is recited and it ends with a very nice pushpa vrushti every day. There are vidwat sabhas in the morning until noon. Pada pooja, Alankara pankthi and a very nice Bhojana follows that. In the afternoon, the vidwat sabha continues and concerts are also held. This was started by Shri Subbachar who performed the Aradhana of his Gurugalu for 60 years and it's being continued now by the family. The 79th year Ardhana was held in January 2010. Pandits like Shri D.Prahaladacharya and Shri Ramchandracharya, Shri Hayavadana Puranik, Shri Haridas Bhat , Shri Yadunandanacharya grace the occasion. Advaitha scholars like Shri Krishnamoorthy Sharma and Shri Goda Shastri make the Ghoshti very interesting. Here are some pictures and videos..
